The G Series waxes were developed as Rex's first answer to non-fluorinated race waxes. G41 is a special wax from Rex. It works in two distinct conditions and temperature ranges, hence the two colors (Pink and Green). The Pink signifies the wax working in all types of transformed/man-made snow regardless of temperature (5°...-20°C) while the Green signifies the wax working in cold snow types (-12°...-20°C). Cold snow and transformed/man-made snow share one thing in common, abrasive snow. G41 is designed using raw materials that are harder and more durable than what is commonly found in melt on paraffins. Because of this, it has excelled in these types of conditions where durability is key.
